For the indoor morning energy sessions, consider comfortable outfit , and remember to bring any personal essentials. Lastly, consider your swimwear for relaxing in the hot tub.

How cold Iceland is in November?

Yes, as the retreat is held in November in Iceland, you can expect cold weather. We recommend packing accordingly to stay comfortable and warm during your stay.

Here’s what you should bring:

Warm Layers: Thermal base layers, a fleece or wool sweater, and a warm, insulated jacket are essential.

Waterproof Outerwear: A waterproof and windproof jacket (and optionally pants) are helpful to keep you dry and shielded from the wind.

Insulated Boots: Waterproof boots with good insulation will help keep your feet warm and dry, especially when we are outdoors.

Accessories: Pack a warm hat, gloves, and a scarf to protect against the cold wind. Thermal socks are also recommended to keep your feet warm.

Camera Protection: While not necessary, if you’re afraid of your cameras getting wet, consider bringing weather-resistant covers for your camera and lenses and some anti fiber cloth to protect and clean your equipment from the elements.

Skin Protection: Include lip balm and a good moisturizer to guard against dry, cold air.

What will we eat during the retreat?

Each morning, we’ll provide a variety of breakfast supplies, so you can start your day with a nourishing meal. Snacks will be available throughout the day to keep you energized. After daily activities, we will visit local restaurants where you can order dinner at your own expense. This gives everyone the flexibility to choose from a range of dishes that cater to different dietary preferences and budgets. It’s also a great way to experience Icelandic cuisine and enjoy meals that meet your individual tastes and needs.

Can I bring a partner or a friend?
